Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, delivery leadership, or software engineering.
- Hands-on technical foundation: experience writing SQL, working with JSON and APIs, and understanding webhooks/event-driven integrations.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Demonstrated track record of driving programs from design review through production in enterprise or platform environments.
- Experience delivering AI or ML systems into production environments.
- Strong command of dependency management, risk tracking, and escalation processes.
- Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and technical practitioners.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High-ownership, low-ego working style with the ability to move between planning and detailed execution.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery plan for a core product area by sequencing milestones and tracking the critical path.
- Drive technical design reviews to closure, focusing on APIs, data contracts, and reliability.
- Identify and resolve integration failures, environment issues, and cross-team blockers.
- Define launch readiness criteria and manage rollouts, including rollback paths.
- Manage feedback loops for AI workflows and drive defects to closure based on product quality standards.
- Track delivery health and adoption metrics using SQL and telemetry.
- Communicate status to leadership and customers, surfacing risks with actionable recommendations.
- Develop and institutionalize delivery patterns and operational practices.
