Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in delivery, quality engineering, or DevOps roles.
- Deep experience within fintech, banking, or financial services industries.
- Strong hands-on capability in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tooling.
- Active, hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing and delivery workflows.
- Expertise in core banking, digital banking, lending, or payments/cards domains.
- Ability to work across the stack to validate behavior at every layer.
- Experience operating in a spec-first, AI-first development methodology.
- Understanding of complex, regulated environments and financial workflows.
- Proven ability to ship software reliably in high-stakes, correctness-critical systems.
- Comfort working in a cross-functional, high-autonomy squad triad model.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated, property-based, integration, and end-to-end test strategies.
- Define and own acceptance criteria in partnership with the Builder and Architect.
- Own the end-to-end release process from build artifact through production deployment.
- Monitor deployment health and drive rapid resolution for release issues.
- Use AI tools like Kiro and Claude to generate test cases and accelerate deployment automation.
- Coordinate with the Architect on deployment architecture, observability, and operational concerns.
- Surface blockers, risks, and dependencies to the squad proactively.
