Requirements
- Must have worked with us previously during Q4.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Some experience with Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
- Must reside in CA, AZ, IL, MN, NJ, UT, WA, or WI.
- Access to high-speed internet for remote work.
- Available to work at least one day per weekend through December.
- Must be available for specific shift assignments.
- Submit updated resume as a PDF or website link.
- Basic knowledge of composition, photography, and design principles.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper spelling and grammar in all card and stationery orders.
- Verify proper photo placement in customer designs.
- Perform advanced image enhancements including color correction, brightness/contrast adjustments, redeye removal, object removal, and blemish removal.
- Address customer inquiries regarding image quality and resolution.
- Provide dedicated customer service to ensure 100% satisfaction.
