Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong visual design and aesthetic judgement
- Experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Knowledge of graphic design, specifically book layout and production
- Understanding of current printing technologies
- Experience with book or other manufacturing processes
- Effective coordination skills for working with external vendors
- Ability to travel to the Ascension office in Exton, PA, occasionally
- Ability to travel to print vendors occasionally
Responsibilities
- Own print specifications, production schedules, and quality assurance for Alto
- Coordinate with the project team on print schedules and requirements
- Review layouts, artwork, and print-ready PDFs for size, formatting, and color accuracy
- Manage relationships with global vendors and printers
- Collaborate with internal teams and external distributors to ensure delivery timelines are met
- Coordinate the monthly customer list submission to the printer
