Requirements
- 10+ years of development experience with backend technologies and modern architecture like microservices.
- Significant development experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience building and deploying solutions on cloud services, specifically Azure.
- Hands-on experience integrating ML models or AI services into production backend systems.
- Experience translating models into scalable backend solutions including deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Proven team leadership and management experience.
- Degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English with effective communication skills.
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of working collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Understanding of relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL).
- Strong knowledge of DevOps processes and CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of React.js and its core principles.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, distributed applications using independent services, APIs, containers, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with ML/AI specialists to deploy, monitor, and optimize ML models within production backend systems.
- Lead and manage engineering teams on high-profile projects.
- Manage and deliver software engineering projects in a client-facing capacity.
- Architect and implement modern backend solutions.
