Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Legal Studies, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, audit, or a related role.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare compliance laws and regulations at the federal and state levels.
  • Familiarity with healthcare enforcement trends and OIG/DOJ Compliance Program Guidance.
  • Experience supporting quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives, audits, or quality monitoring.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze regulations and translate them into practical organizational guidance.
  • High ethical standards and sound judgment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the healthcare compliance program per OIG/DOJ guidance.
  • Operationalize compliance elements including policies, training, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Monitor regulatory and contractual requirements for Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Palliative Care programs.
  • Conduct audits, QAPI activities, and internal investigations related to compliance concerns.
  • Track and assess applicability of federal and state healthcare laws and enforcement trends.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on translating regulatory requirements into actionable practices.
  • Draft compliance communications, training materials, and policy updates.
