Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Legal Studies, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, audit, or a related role.
- Working knowledge of healthcare compliance laws and regulations at the federal and state levels.
- Familiarity with healthcare enforcement trends and OIG/DOJ Compliance Program Guidance.
- Experience supporting quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives, audits, or quality monitoring.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to analyze regulations and translate them into practical organizational guidance.
- High ethical standards and sound judgment.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the healthcare compliance program per OIG/DOJ guidance.
- Operationalize compliance elements including policies, training, monitoring, and reporting.
- Monitor regulatory and contractual requirements for Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Palliative Care programs.
- Conduct audits, QAPI activities, and internal investigations related to compliance concerns.
- Track and assess applicability of federal and state healthcare laws and enforcement trends.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on translating regulatory requirements into actionable practices.
- Draft compliance communications, training materials, and policy updates.
