Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Product Manager in a modern software or product organization.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to participate in code reviews and architecture decisions.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proven ability to create and manage backlogs and write clear user stories with concise acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform product decisions.
  • Understanding of programming concepts including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
  • Knowledge of technical architecture, system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and UX design principles.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and design.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions meet product requirements while maintaining scalability and quality standards.
  • Manage product backlogs by refining requirements into clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile team ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Triage and resolve product issues and bugs while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Make trade-off decisions regarding priorities and resources in collaboration with product leadership.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decisions and measure product performance.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and maintain product design documentation.
