- 3+ years supporting production Azure environments.
- Experience supporting multiple client environments simultaneously.
- Experience performing advanced troubleshooting and incident management.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
- Proficiency with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Experience managing Azure networking and identity (Microsoft Entra ID).
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates).
- Proficiency in PowerShell automation and Azure CLI.
- Experience with Azure Backup, Site Recovery, and security services like Microsoft Defender.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support and engineering expertise for Azure-based environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Azure infrastructure, networking, identity, security, and performance issues.
- Manage Azure networking solutions, Zero Trust principles, and security configurations.
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
- Develop automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure Functions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for client optimization, modernization, and governance sessions.
- Analyze Azure consumption trends to perform FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
