- 2+ years of experience in production AI/ML
- Hands-on experience building RAG systems (dense, sparse, hybrid retrieval) over real data
- Experience building retrieval evaluation frameworks that measure hallucination risk
- Track record of shipping AI agents with observability and human-in-the-loop controls
- Proficiency with Python, LangGraph, ChromaDB, Neo4j, RAGAS, DeepEval, and Docker
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Professional written English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Develop academic and practical content for the Master in AI Systems Engineering program
- Design curriculum focused on RAG systems, AI agents, and retrieval evaluation frameworks
- Bridge the gap between industry-standard AI practices and academic education
- Create documentation and educational materials for advanced AI topics
