Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Data Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience/certifications.
- 12-15+ years of data engineering or enterprise integration experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Hands-on experience integrating MES (e.g., Apriso/Delmia) and ERP (e.g., NetSuite) platforms in production.
- Proficiency in ETL/ELT pipeline development using tools like Azure Data Factory, Airflow, or dbt.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and PowerShell.
- Expertise in relational/dimensional data modeling and SQL/T-SQL/Spark SQL.
- Experience in cloud platforms (Azure Government or AWS GovCloud).
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Experience with compliance in regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., ITAR, AS9100).
- U.S. Person status (Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)).
- Ability to maintain or obtain a DOD clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data integration workflows connecting MES, ERP, PLM, QMS, and supporting enterprise platforms.
- Develop and own integration pipelines between systems such as Apriso (Delmia), NetSuite, ForProject, Empower, and 3DX PLM.
- Architect and implement API-based, event-driven, and batch integration patterns across cloud and on-premises manufacturing systems.
- Build data flows that support production execution, material management, traceability, scheduling, and quality processes.
- Design data workflows that support grain-level and sublot traceability across the full manufacturing lifecycle.
- Build and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines for operational, analytical, and compliance reporting workloads.
- Ensure all data workflows support regulatory standards including AS9100, DCMA, ATF, and ITAR/EAR.
