Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in professional services.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data structures.
- Proficiency in reading and writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with PHP or other programming languages.
- Ability to use Browser Developer Tools.
- Understanding of differences between SQL and noSQL.
- Proven track record of driving successful implementations and managing client projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills for handling difficult or unexpected technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively with senior-level stakeholders and technical partners.
Responsibilities
- Consult directly with clients as a subject matter expert of the Cordial platform.
- Guide clients through successful implementation of the platform and third-party integrations.
- Identify technical patterns and propose solutions for complex business use cases.
- Manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations regarding project timelines.
- Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Support, and Sales teams to improve client adoption.
- Create and maintain documentation for repeatable processes to ensure long-term client success.
- Assist clients in utilizing dynamic scripting and machine learning capabilities.
