Requirements
- Experience in a merchant-facing role with a complex API product, ideally in payments.
- Proficiency implementing frontend SDKs in web or mobile environments.
- Ability to advise developers on integration best practices.
- Experience leading discovery sessions and presenting to C-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of how to design and explain complex technical solutions.
- Strong project management skills to lead integrations with multiple dependencies.
- Creativity and improvisational skills to handle diverse merchant needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and scaling environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify merchant pain points and consult on Primer value propositions.
- Provide technical expertise to the sales team for business development.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and complex concepts into simple language.
- Drive client engagements through discovery sessions, solution design workshops, demos, and developer Q&As.
- Guide merchants from initial pre-sales through successful go-live and ramp-up.
- Act as project owner during complex integrations, creating implementation plans and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with the Product team to identify feature enhancements based on market learning.
