Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience administering a financial or ERP system.
- Hands-on NetSuite administration including configuration, customization, user access, and workflows.
- Experience with NetSuite core modules: General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, and subsidiary structures.
- Proficiency in designing custom records, fields, and SuiteFlow automations.
- Understanding of finance and accounting processes: month-end close, reconciliation, and accounts payable.
- Demonstrated track record of automating repetitive tasks via scripting, saved searches, or iPaaS tools.
- Competence in SuiteScript, SQL, or API-based automation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across finance and engineering teams.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer core financial systems (NetSuite, FloQast) including configuration, business logic, and system health.
- Identify and reduce manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations like month-end close, reconciliations, and procure-to-pay.
- Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain, defining rules and canonical definitions.
- Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled platform in partnership with engineering.
- Act as the dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting to translate needs into system capability.
- Use AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work.
