Requirements
- 3-6 years administering a financial or ERP system.
- Hands-on NetSuite administration including configuration, customization, user access, and workflows.
- Experience with NetSuite core modules such as General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, and Accounts.
- Understanding of core finance and accounting processes (month-end close, reconciliation, AP/procure-to-pay).
- Demonstrated track record of automating repetitive manual work.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, or API-based automation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across finance and engineering teams.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer core financial systems - NetSuite today, with FloQast and Ramp coming online - including configuration, business logic, and day-to-day system health.
- Identify manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations and reduce or remove them through automation.
- Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain, partnering with engineering to define and maintain system rules.
- Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled, observable integration platform.
- Act as the dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting by translating needs into system capability.
