Requirements
- 3-6 years administering a financial or ERP system.
- Hands-on NetSuite administration including configuration, user roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Experience with core modules such as General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, and subsidiary structures.
- Proficiency in designing custom records, fields, and SuiteFlow automations.
- Working understanding of core finance and accounting processes (month-end close, reconciliations, AP).
- Demonstrated track record of automating repetitive manual work via scripting or low-code/iPaaS tools.
- Technical comfort with SuiteScript, SQL, or API-based automation.
- Ability to read and reason about system integrations.
- Strong collaboration skills for working across finance and engineering teams.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer core financial systems including NetSuite, FloQast, and Ramp.
- Identify and reduce manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations through automation.
- Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain.
- Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled platform in partnership with engineering.
- Act as the dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting teams.
- Use AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work.
