Requirements
- 10-15 years as a Software Engineer with team lead experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# / .NET, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Practical experience designing secure gateway architectures, reverse proxies, and session proxying (SSH, RDP, or HTTPS).
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management, key-rotation protocols, and real-time audit logging systems.
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with automated test frameworks (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
- Experience with SRE/observability tools including APM, alerting, and telemetry dashboards.
- Familiarity with zero-trust and zero-knowledge security architectures and threat-modeling.
- Experience with encryption standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, performant gateway controls, audited terminal logins, and session recording mechanics for PAM product line.
- Maintain strict service boundaries and design resilient APIs for a decoupled platform architecture.
- Partner within cross-functional teams to design and validate technical solutions.
- Build and maintain automated test suites, integration harnesses, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Own operational health, performance, and reliability telemetry for production services.
- Produce high-quality architecture specifications, API contracts, and developer documentation.
