Requirements
- 10-15 years as a Software Engineer with team lead experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# / .NET, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Practical experience designing or implementing secure gateway architectures, reverse proxies, and session proxying (SSH, RDP, or HTTPS).
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), key-rotation protocols, and real-time audit logging systems.
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with automated test frameworks (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
- Experience with SRE/observability tools including APM, alerting, and telemetry dashboards.
- Familiarity with zero-trust and zero-knowledge security architectures, encryption standards, and threat-modeling.
- Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate secure gateway controls, audited terminal logins, and session recording mechanics.
- Maintain decoupled architecture with resilient APIs to operate as an independent tenant on core infrastructure.
- Partner with Product and Design in an Embedded Trio to validate technical solutions.
- Build and maintain automated test suites, integration harnesses, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Own operational health, performance, and reliability telemetry, including participation in on-call rotations.
- Maintain internal architecture specifications, API contracts, and open-source documentation.
