- Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics.
- Bilingual proficiency in Urdu and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Based in the APAC region.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- High energy with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Comfort with quick-thinking and managing unexpected situations.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a computer with a webcam.
- Flexible availability.
Responsibilities
- Host a variety of virtual volunteering, team building, and wellness activities for corporate partners via Zoom.
- Welcome, engage, and inspire participants throughout online events.
- Facilitate online sessions while supporting nonprofit partners.
- Manage Zoom admin tasks including monitoring the waiting room and assigning breakout rooms.
- Coordinate event logistics such as sharing links in chat and documenting events with screenshots.
