Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Power BI/Power BI Service, semantic models, and DAX.
- Very good knowledge of SQL with practical dbt and Snowflake (or similar cloud platform) experience.
- Experience in data modeling, KPI definition, and end-to-end BI solution design.
- Ability to consciously distribute business logic between dbt/Snowflake and Power BI.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, CI/CD, and the full development-to-production lifecycle.
- Practical knowledge of APIs and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and supporting developers.
- Ownership, proactivity, and ability to collaborate effectively with business and data teams.
- English language skills at a level enabling smooth work in an international environment (C1).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop semantic models, reports, and solutions in Power BI.
- Build data models in dbt and Snowflake, implementing business logic at the appropriate layer.
- Design end-to-end solutions, from data storage to the final BI product.
- Perform code and model reviews while supporting technical implementation decisions.
- Mentor team members and share knowledge to develop technical standards.
- Automate development, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Leverage APIs, scripts, CI/CD, and AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with central Data/BI teams and bridge needs between local and central stakeholders.
