Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- At least 1 year of experience in deploying production-ready LLM solutions.
- Practical knowledge of agentic architectures (ReAct, MCP) and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Spring AI, LangChain4j, LLM API integration, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation of LLM systems.
- Experience with Specification-Driven Development.
- Ability to lead technical workshops and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Higher education degree in STEM fields.
- Polish language proficiency at C2 level.
- English language proficiency at B1 level.
Responsibilities
- Integrate applications with LLM models and AI ecosystems.
- Develop and maintain financial or banking software systems.
- Apply agentic architectures (ReAct, MCP) and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Implement and monitor systems using Spring AI, LangChain4j, and LLM APIs.
- Conduct technical workshops and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Work according to Specification-Driven Development principles.
