Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Java and Spring.
- 2+ years of experience with Python.
- 2+ years of experience with React and modern JavaScript.
- 3+ years of experience in microservices architecture using Spring Boot/Cloud.
- Proficiency in AI, LLM, Prompt Engineering, and MCP.
- Experience with Java Streams and Functional Programming.
- Familiarity with Reactive UI.
- Strong knowledge of TDD/BDD, JUnit, Mockito, and Jasmine/Protractor/Selenium.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, and cloud/hybrid solutions.
- B2 proficiency in English and Polish.
- Nice to have: Experience with Kotlin, cloud-native development, and Extreme Programming (XP).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal AI-driven tools for logistics and transport.
- Build fullstack applications using Java, Spring, and Python for the backend and React for the frontend.
- Integrate AI/LLM solutions into existing internal software.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, and DevOps tasks.
- Work in an Extreme Programming (XP) methodology including remote pair programming.
- Maintain cloud and containerized solutions using Kubernetes.
