Requirements
- Very good knowledge of Python or TypeScript.
- Experience building Model Context Protocol (MCP) and creating AI Skills.
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants in daily development.
- Strong software engineering skills including architecture, algorithms, and Git.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training and support developers in using AI-assisted development tools.
- Develop integrations and tools, specifically creating Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, CLI tools, and AI skills.
- Identify new use cases and optimize developer workflows.
- Create technical documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate on building model evaluation systems (evals/harnesses).
