Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with Java.
- Proven experience designing scalable, distributed systems and understanding underlying infrastructure.
- Ability to turn complex requirements into well-structured, scalable technical designs.
- Experience designing and implementing complex algorithms and software architectures.
- Experience working with microservices architecture.
- Experience developing large-scale data applications and advanced SQL querying.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) in the development lifecycle.
- Strong technical leadership potential with a focus on initiative and ownership.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Design system and service architecture for high-performance, scalable, and reliable software.
- Translate complex and ambiguous requirements into clear, robust technical designs.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex features from design through implementation and production.
- Leverage modern AI coding agents and spec-driven development to accelerate delivery.
- Design and implement complex algorithms.
- Provide technical leadership by influencing decisions and mentoring peers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve software problems.
- Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies and engineering practices.
