Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in Java and Spring framework
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with React
- Proficiency in RxJS and reactive programming
- Experience with complex microservices architectures
- Background in event-driven systems with real-time processing at scale
- Practical application of TDD/BDD methodologies
- Ability to take full end-to-end ownership of solutions
- Strong communication skills for presenting to C-level stakeholders
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Self-reliant and decisive in dynamic environments
Responsibilities
- Design and develop fullstack systems using Java and React
- Build and maintain microservice and event-driven architectures
- Deliver functionality end-to-end from design through to deployment
- Collaborate via remote pair programming in an XP model
- Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing
