Requirements
- 0.5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer.
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Proficiency in sh/bash scripting.
- Experience with diagnostic tools (curl, telnet, dig, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible or Terraform is a plus.
- Experience with scripting languages, preferably Python, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI is a plus.
- Experience with the ELK stack is a plus.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and GitOps principles is a plus.
- Experience with AWS cloud services is a plus.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full incident lifecycle from initial alert and triage to root-cause analysis, fix, and prevention.
- Maintain reliability of data pipelines, cloud environments, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to development and business analysis teams.
- Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
- Monitor and maintain AWS, on-prem servers, and Kubernetes clusters.
