Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in banking or finance.
- Hands-on experience in commercial lending with understanding of loan and corporate documents.
- Confident ability to read and interpret title commitments.
- Experience working with loan applications, underwriting, or closing processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM, and document management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and DocuSign.
- Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned loan files from receipt through Underwriting and Closing.
- Review files and conduct customer interviews to verify business, property, and ownership details.
- Collect, organize, and review required legal, property, and insurance documentation.
- Monitor pipeline progression and operational SLAs to ensure file completeness.
- Coordinate activities across underwriting, title, valuation, legal, and closing departments.
- Manage closing steps including notary coordination, document execution, and identity verification.
- Maintain accurate records and resolve operational bottlenecks.
