Job Details

8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, CRM, or growth platforms.
Proven experience owning a large-scale customer-facing product or platform suite.
Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.
Experience with behavioral tracking concepts (page views, clicks, abandonment, conversion events).
Familiarity with analytics instrumentation, event taxonomies, and data pipelines.
Experience building embeddable products such as widgets, scripts, SDKs, or forms.
Technical familiarity with APIs, webhooks, CRM integrations, and workflow automation.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
Strong UI/UX sensibility and analytical decision-making capability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap across Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, QR Codes, Chat Widget, and External Tracking.
Build a unified platform with shared foundations across builders, templates, and data models.
Drive capabilities that increase visitor engagement, lead quality, qualification, and conversion rates.
Partner with CRM, Workflow, and Analytics teams to connect customer interactions with downstream business outcomes.
Define technical requirements for visitor behavior capture, identity resolution, and campaign attribution.
Establish consistent event taxonomies and instrumentation standards across the portfolio.
Deliver AI-powered product enhancements for creation, logic, and conversion optimization.
Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, AI, and Marketing stakeholders.
