Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, results-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and build rapport.
- Comfort with using screen monitoring and time-tracking software.
- Capacity to work 7am to 4pm PST.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-channel outreach via email and social media.
- Nurture leads by monitoring responses, handling objections, and scheduling prep calls.
- Manage the production pipeline by coordinating release forms and video distribution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support content rollout.
- Maintain CRM records with accurate call and email activity notes.
