Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, revenue operations, or business systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, MRR, bookings).
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Expertise in system design, data consolidation, and systems integration.
- Proficiency with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights.
- Proficiency with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong experience with executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
- Private equity-backed SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with AI and automation tools for financial processes is strongly preferred.
- Experience in K-12 or public-sector software markets is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale financial and operational reporting, including daily dashboards and investor/board reporting.
- Establish and evolve KPIs for revenue, bookings, billings, ARR, and customer retention.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for scenario planning and long-term strategic forecasting.
- Analyze revenue drivers, market trends, and operational efficiency to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Business Systems to develop centralized data repositories and ensure financial data integrity.
- Lead acquisition integration, including historical data normalization and general ledger mapping.
- Optimize FP&A technology, including Adaptive Insights and AI-enabled automation tools.
