Requirements
- At least 5 years of business development or strategic leadership experience within the medical device industry.
- Experience in Structural Heart, Electrophysiology, or related cardiovascular technologies.
- At least 5 years of people leadership experience managing geographically distributed teams.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Solid understanding of healthcare markets, clinical environments, and commercial dynamics.
- Excellent analytical skills to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior clinical and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to develop compelling value propositions connecting clinical evidence to business needs.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role with regular travel for engagement across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of the Cardiac Solutions commercial strategy across Europe.
- Identify, develop, and scale innovative commercial models and strategic partnerships.
- Support accelerated growth and adoption of intracardiac echocardiography solutions.
- Lead and oversee a centralized European pool of Clinical Application Specialists.
- Prioritize and allocate clinical resources based on customer urgency and business impact.
- Connect clinical evidence generation with commercial strategy.
- Partner with Medical Education to develop organizational capabilities.
- Develop strategic engagement plans for key opinion leaders across Europe.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategic planning.
