Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in integrated project management, ideally within an advertising, creative, or agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with premium or luxury brands and managing complex projects.
- Expertise in team coordination, vendor management, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven experience managing creative production workflows and understanding of AI-enabled production methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management platforms, Microsoft Office, and relevant creative and AI production tools.
- Strong experience with budget development, financial reporting, resource planning, and cost control.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Stable internet connectivity and a suitable remote-working setup.
Responsibilities
- Lead mid- to high-complexity, multi-channel creative initiatives incorporating Gen AI technologies.
- Coordinate integrated teams across creative, strategy, AI production, and other specialist functions.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, budgets, deliverables, and AI workflows.
- Manage project schedules proactively, identifying dependencies and ensuring milestones are achieved on time.
- Optimize resource allocation and coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Lead the integration and optimization of Gen AI workflows within creative production processes.
- Monitor the quality of AI-generated assets and maintain rigorous quality standards.
- Oversee project budgets, financial reporting, and resource management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including those specific to AI-enabled production.
- Drive continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and performance.
