Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering with a focus on production-grade, user-facing systems.
- Proven experience building applications powered by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with context engineering.
- Proven track record of delivering software successfully into production environments.
- Experience working in cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proficiency using observability tools to troubleshoot and understand system behavior.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and make UI design decisions.
- Comfortable iterating on prototypes and incorporating user feedback.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-performance AI features for data discovery, organization, and access optimization.
- Execute rapid experimentation and iteration by prototyping, testing, and validating AI workflows with real users.
- Design and evolve LLM- or agent-powered workflows for the data engineering lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate agentic components with internal tools like Slack and alerting systems.
- Ensure developed AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
