- Experience using AMS 360 or similar agency management system preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with personal lines insurance clients.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistent with company standards.
- Perform efficient and accurate data entry within agency systems.
- Engage in in-person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to support personal lines insurance operations.
