- Three or more years related work experience in property/casualty sales preferred. Minimum one year of sales experience.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain state property/casualty and life insurance licenses within the designated timeframe.
- Proficiency in personal computer use and business software.
- Ability to meet training schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CT) and permanent schedule (Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CT).
- Must have high-speed broadband or fiber internet with at least 30 Mbps download/3 Mbps upload speed.
- Must provide a wired connection between work and internet equipment.
- Must have two open Ethernet ports for call center equipment.
Responsibilities
- Contact current policyholders to perform retention-related activities, including cross-selling products.
- Quote and bind new insurance business via phone and internet.
- Process policy additions, changes, and other administrative requests.
- Conduct service reviews with policyholders after claim closure.
- Interpret insurance contracts and policy provisions to explain coverage to customers.
- Respond to ad hoc retention opportunities via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide recommendations for process and performance improvement.
