- High School diploma completed.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong memory and concentration skills.

- Ability to take quick and organized notes (manual or digital).
- Own device: desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
- Noise-canceling headset.
- Stable high-speed internet connection (Minimum 5 Mbps download; 3-4 Mbps upload).
- Private and quiet workspace.
- Paper shredder to dispose of handwritten notes taken during calls.
- Availability to start one week after successfully completing training.
Responsibilities
- Provide consecutive English-Spanish interpretation with precision.
