Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of computers, networking, and the IT industry.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Accurately place orders into the system from customer-issued POs.
- Follow-up on orders to ensure successful delivery within customer expectations.
- Lead open order management to ensure expedient delivery.
- Confirm invoicing activity is timely and accurate.
- Resolve problems at the customer and supplier levels.
- Source products through major vendor programs to achieve advantageous pricing.
- Assist customers with returns, order inquiries, and information requests.
- Support the sales team with quoting and cross-selling warranty uplifts, service agreements, and accessories.
