Requirements
- Experience with an e-commerce platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento
- Confident writing clear, accurate product copy
- Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets for bulk product uploads
- Attention to detail on pricing, stock and product data
- Customer-focused written English
- Exposure to marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay (Nice to have)
- Basic image editing in Canva or Photoshop (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (Nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Create and update product listings, images and descriptions
- Keep pricing, stock levels and categories accurate across the store
- Process orders, returns and refunds
- Respond to customer queries about orders and products
- Support promotions, discount codes and seasonal campaigns
- Report on sales, traffic and best-selling lines
