Requirements
- Approximately 3-5+ years of relevant e-commerce marketing experience.
- Deep, hands-on email marketing expertise, including flows and advanced segmentation.
- Experience with an email marketing platform such as Omnisend or Klaviyo.
- Shopify experience.
- Experience with Amazon backend management.
- Familiarity with ratings & review tools (Okendo, Judge.me) and loyalty programs.
- Strong marketing copywriting skills with an understanding of brand voice and positioning.
- Ability to independently create or coordinate marketing assets.
- Strong problem-solving, research skills, and confidence using AI tools.
- Experience working in a small, fast-moving e-commerce company.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily email marketing campaigns and automated workflows in Omnisend.
- Build, maintain, and optimize email flows and customer segments.
- Monitor email performance metrics and implement data-informed improvements.
- Create marketing assets independently and write copy aligned with brand voice.
- Maintain product updates and content on the Shopify website.
- Support organic social media and Amazon backend activities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to define priorities and campaigns.
- Systemize and document marketing processes for team growth.
- Utilize AI tools to solve problems and enhance productivity.
