5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, Snowplow, Amplitude, and Secoda (or equivalent tools).
Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis-driven research, and experiment design.
Expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, and data visualization.
Experience designing and implementing analytics frameworks for scalable decision-making.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence product teams and executives through insights and strategic recommendations.
Proficiency in storytelling with data and translating insights into strategy.
Prior experience in SaaS or fast-growing tech environments preferred.
Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment.

Lead continuous discovery efforts by guiding PMs in defining and measuring success metrics, running assumption tests, and building iterative learning into how they work.
Design robust experimentation frameworks, evaluate experiment results, and iterate on key hypotheses.
Build scalable product analytics frameworks that standardize how teams make data-driven decisions.
Enable self-service analytics by improving access to data through Metabase, Amplitude, and Secoda so teams can explore product insights independently.
Mentor junior analysts on statistical methodology, experimentation best practices, and storytelling with data.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership regularly to influence product roadmaps.
Leverage SQL, dbt, and Snowplow to transform, and analyze product data.
