Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Strong track record of delivering complex, user-centered digital products.
- Expertise in scalable design systems, UI components, and patterns.
- Advanced prototyping proficiency in Figma, Framer, or Principle.
- Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to design micro-interactions and transitions.
- Experience with accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive user research activities, including stakeholder interviews and behavioral analytics reviews.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and detailed user flows to ensure intuitive navigation.
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions and lead usability testing.
- Ensure all designs comply with WCAG guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Partner with product managers and researchers to translate business constraints into intuitive design solutions.
