Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in an Operations role (startup, healthcare implementation, consulting, or RCM preferred).
- 2-4 years of people management experience, including exempt and non-exempt reports.
- Proven experience in performance management, setting expectations, and providing feedback.
- Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making and operational process design.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and speed to results.
- Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Passionate about mental health and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I).
Responsibilities
- Identify operational bottlenecks and trends to design and execute workflow optimizations.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, and CX Strategy teams to measure the impact of tools and processes on KPIs.
- Own, execute, and report on cross-functional escalation projects.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance data to provide insights to leadership.
- Strategize with Operations leadership to align staffing plans with technology roadmaps.
- Manage a team including direct reports and a remote frontline workforce of up to 20 agents.
