Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional work experience in Operations, preferably in startup, healthcare, or revenue cycle management environments.
- 2-4 years of experience in people management of both exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Proven experience in performance management, including feedback delivery and improvement processes.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and operational process design skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive results.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer-centric attitude.
- Passionate about mental health and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Identify operational bottlenecks and trends to design and execute process improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence to measure and analyze operational impacts.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance data to track efficiency.
- Partner with leadership on staffing plans, resource planning, and technology roadmaps.
- Manage and coach a core operations team, including Team Leads and a frontline remote workforce.
