Requirements
- Four-year college degree.
- Current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse.
- 5 to 7 years of related experience.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read and interpret professional journals and business periodicals.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Ability to travel as required for completion of annual QA plan.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and execute an annual QA plan by specialty practice including identification and testing of key requirements based on risk areas.
- Manage or perform compliance, operational, or financial audits or projects as directed.
- Track progress of QA plans, remediation of Plans of Correction (POC), and Performance Improvement (PI) activities.
- Supervise staff including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Research and interpret standards to promote consistency in surveying and communications.
- Collaborate with Compliance Committee and Quality Council to identify key risk areas and develop risk assessments.
- Determine audit frequency, methodology, and staffing levels required for plan execution.
