Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office furniture design, space planning, interior design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Furniture Designer, Space Planner, Furniture Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Giza 2020 / 2020 Office (Cyncly).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of office furniture layouts and space planning.
- Ability to interpret floor plans and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
- Reliable internet, computer equipment, headset, quiet workspace, and backup power.
Responsibilities
- Create 2D and 3D office furniture layouts using Giza 2020 / 2020 Office (Cyncly).
- Design layouts for workstations, cubicles, private offices, conference rooms, and other commercial spaces.
- Develop design presentations and visual concepts using Adobe Illustrator.
- Review floor plans, dimensions, and project requirements for accuracy.
- Incorporate client feedback and design revisions.
- Select appropriate furniture configurations based on space, functionality, and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate design files and documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, sales teams, designers, and project stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
