Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Warehouse Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Structured Credit, Specialty Lending, or Investment Banking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Working towards an MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and operational support in managing the bank’s warehouse lending business.
- Lead day-to-day warehouse lending operations and reporting including advance/paydown requests and borrowing base compliance.
- Assist in reviewing warehouse lending term sheets, assessing deal risks, and preparing deal approval write-ups for the Executive Credit Committee.
- Develop and execute controls, mitigation plans, and testing for the warehouse lending business.
- Perform and present periodic reviews on existing warehouse lending deals.
- Identify and implement new best practices for warehouse lending reporting and risk management.
- Lead the development of warehouse lending performance reporting and credit risk oversight.
- Assist in overseeing all third-party financial and operational audits.
- Assist in structured finance transaction due diligence, financial modeling, and legal documentation.
