Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- 0 – 2 years of experience in Warehouse Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Structured Credit, Specialty Lending, or Investment Banking.
- Working towards an MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform detailed financial analysis.
- Recent college graduates will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and operational support in managing the bank’s warehouse lending business.
- Lead day-to-day warehouse lending operations and reporting, including preparing advance/paydown requests and reviewing borrowing base and compliance reporting.
- Assist in reviewing warehouse lending term sheets and legal documentation, assessing deal risk/return, and preparing deal approval write-ups and presentations.
- Develop and execute ongoing controls, mitigation plans, testing, and oversight of the warehouse lending business.
- Identify and implement new concepts, best practices, and approaches related to warehouse lending reporting and operational & credit risk management.
- Assist in structured finance transaction due diligence, financial modeling, risk management, and legal documentation.
- Build complex transaction models for new and existing warehouse and structured finance transactions.
