Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Warehousing (Azure/SQL/Synapse/Spark/Delta Lake).
- Experience with ETL development (ADF Pipelines/SSIS).
- Expertise in Analysis Services, DAX, and Power BI Pro/Premium.
- Proficiency in Kimball Dimensional Modeling and batch/incremental ETL approaches.
- High level understanding of Azure cloud data platforms and services.
- Experience designing and implementing data solutions for complex business problems.
- Experience with database performance tuning.
- Experience managing data quality monitoring and understanding of data governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document client requirements.
- Design and implement dimensional models.
- Design, build, maintain, and support complex data integration pipelines.
- Design and build Power BI Reports, Dashboards, and Apps.
- Troubleshoot BI solutions, identify problems, and improve performance and security.
- Design Azure DevOps backlog, sprints, and lead project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Drive new revenue through successful delivery and client relationships.
