Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications.
- Proficiency in declarative UI frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Proficiency in Javascript and Typescript.
- Experience defining technical plans for significant feature or system component delivery.
- Strong ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and extensible code.
- Experience making significant changes in a large code base safely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective global collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of personal and team growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics teams on the product development lifecycle.
- Articulate technical constraints and partner on decisions that consider risks and trade-offs.
- Proactively identify and advocate for improvements in projects, processes, and technology.
- Support the operations and availability of team artifacts, including metrics monitoring and on-call efforts.
- Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting or improving code review and design standards.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance to develop talent.
