Requirements
- Proven experience in an analytics, operations, or technical project management role.
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk.
- Hands-on experience with Gainsight.
- Experience with analytical tooling and process tooling.
- Previous experience within B2B SaaS.
- Experience in the Education sector.
- Ability to manage large datasets and maintain data integrity across integrated systems.
- Strong writing skills.
- Ability to present complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy technical enhancements to customer experience processes.
- Lead the technical configuration of Gainsight and Zendesk to ensure data accuracy.
- Build and maintain complex rules and automated triggers within Gainsight and Zendesk.
- Manage the movement of data between Customer Operations systems and broader platforms.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards to track real-time KPIs and ROI.
- Provide technical advice to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for digital programs.
- Maintain the technical closed-loop process for NPS and C-sat surveys.
