Requirements

5+ years of experience in revenue operations, commercial operations, deal desk, or similar functions.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in pricing logic and deal structuring.
Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tooling, specifically HubSpot.
Proficiency in contract concepts such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Proven experience using AI tools to drive operational efficiencies and automate workflows.
Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal.
Ability to build and manage account plans for key client stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

Own deal desk operations end to end, including pricing guidance and structuring complex deals.
Execute standard SOWs and MSAs while maintaining contracting standards.
Manage pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, and forecasting, including conducting regular reviews.
Oversee commercial OKRs, tracking progress and reporting risks to leadership.
Manage data hygiene and lead routing in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Develop and implement AI-driven workflows for reporting and pipeline forecasting.
Support the creation of sales materials, pitch decks, and account plans to map stakeholders and growth opportunities.
